Install/Play button

HI!

Why got I "Install" button instead "Play" button? I reinstalled 4 game app but didn't work.

 

Probably you denied some authorization. Reinstall browser or try other one.

 

I didn't change anything. I try with other browser, but didn't work. The Lineage 2 EU desktop shortcut path is https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/install/ and isn't the community website (https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/).

Now i reinstall but something is wrong.

 

Same problem on my laptop. :/

 

Check if 4game-service is working at services.msc

 

That is running.

 

After i reinstall my PC the problem is same. :/

Some curiosity:
- if I stop the download of 50% then I can not be restarted (if i click 4updater)
- 4game updater app only starts when i reinstall the game

 

Sadly I needed to delete whole game and 4app.Then went from chrome,to dwnld a new game and app.
Rarely reinstalling a browser helped.

 

I've done a complete reinstallation format all drive, data (C D E ... X Y Z )

install 360 Total Security
reinstall 4game app
allow all 360 Total Sec. popup warning

 

well if installing to same folder it should just perform checkup and thats it (shouldnt take more than 1-2mins) and then back to normal,
other case remove all cookies from 4game page, also disable addblock on 4game page and refresh, if cookie agreement pops up and u acidently press "X" or dont agree it will allways be install not play button there
