Any ETA or something like this for Grand Crusade / Forcebringer? Japan wii release Hand Of Salvation 8 Feb and we still on Helios! How updates works? Japan sell update pack to another servers like Innova?
Korea, not Japan. And ignore zauliuz, he's trolling. I'd say closest possible time for update is march/april, based on usual delay between updates in Korea and ours. Also gm on ncwest said they want to update before launching anniversary event which is in april.
As it was said above, it is Korea that will release EP5.0, but Japan hasn't yet released EP4.0 Grand Crusade like all other overseas territories. We're planning to release EP4.0 in spring. I can't say a specific date or month so far.
To make it simple : wait for the NcWest news of update, we always get it 1 month or so later. It's for sure not after the double xp event, you'd have heard about it on other servers.

we always get specific only to us update, same as other publishers got topaz - we dont, nc can use abu talis in oly but no shirts and we have other way arround, so dont even hope that we gonna get full package like koreans at core we already dont have a lot of bonuses like no dimensional siege/raids which limits alot ppls progression in the game (dimensional siege pvp wep stone (we got that covered) but smaller clans take some pvp armor stones as well so we lack that) at dimensional raids ppl get free pve wep stones and armor stones, and we have income of those pve wep stones only from tarots and 3 dragons each 2weeks(and not with 100% drop)
Thats really said.. And we(weaks) cant do anything. To Dimensional works we need 2 servers? This "edit" from patch are really bad.. We need play the same game from Korea style. (Sorry for english )
2.22.2017 grand crusade live in Japan. http://event2.ncsoft.jp/1.0/lineage2/1702nextupdate/ so add 1 month after that date for ncwest, and another 1month for .eu
Most likely we will get that in May, but there will be like 2 months, till the devs get rid of the most obvious bugs.
