Cant Login since 2 days.

Hello,

Since 2 days i have really big lag and now i cant even log in. In the Web launcher doesnt appears the Play button. Im PA user and im loosing PA points that i need cause i waer still paulina armor.

I controlled my Internet speed etc. but thats all good. All other web pages are fast and good, but when want click on l2 europe it needs like 10 secs just to open the page.

Please GMs do something about that i want to play these days more often because of the 2x XP.

Ok i tried now both things but its still not clickable. btw idk what is has to do with my Internet Connection, because the l2 eu site is loading and loading but other sites (every other site) is fast. Is it possible that the Team has some problems?

i had some lag problems few months ago. and that was ISP problem. actually since 18h EET till late midnight ~2am. in your (OP) case:
1 - restart router - sometimes helps.
2 - reinstall network drivers - same as with restart. sometimes it helps.
3 - turn off all network devices, iptv, all phones and other fancy thingies who eat internet connection, also p2p and other download soft. and try play/login then. can be something who eat all your traffic speed. my old router stop work (can't open even google ) when i started downloaded something faster than 5Mb/s. now with new one even with 20-30Mb/s have no problems (i have 300Mbps connection).

Thank you very much your comment helped alot. After i reinstalled the complet Game it worked very fine. The Page loaded lot faster and my lag is gone.
