No support?

Hello , i made a ticket 5 days ago about my char getting banned for no reason,there was no answer why i got banned or how long is the ban, and the ticket was deleted not by me is there any support to players ?

 

making 10005000 tickets with same problem only leads for no help..
make 1 proper ticket and wait.. they have their hands now on bug reports from ru servers, so u need to have patience

 

How can i check if the ticket is closed?

 

they have a mark "resolved" on them
and open have "open"
if u dont have tickets at all that means they deleted because of duplicates they simply sorted all from 1 account and deleted them

 

no there no such a thing i dont see any of my tickets im pretty sure they are deleted

 

did u press "contact us" button after opening support page?
