here changes, NCWest gave patchnotes. Becouse they working, not like our staff xD

We issue our patch notes only after we get our build and run the manual tests, not just copy-paste from Korean resources. So if rechecking everything is "not working" then we're all not working hard on 4 updates (2 for RU and 2 for EU) and 1 new server start here.

I was in testing group at Lilith server. And we ws able to get update before Core.... So Core staff is just lazy


You could release new server after helios update. to focus on update than on server. That would help for PPL to exp new characters, and for you becouse you would not be in rush with all. But for thaat need less vodka, more free minds and some logistic.

New server now = money now
New server after update = more moeny later becouse ppl would enjoy new chronicle better with low lvl exp and after 85+ exp

You choose faster and less and later more work because you will need transfer all characters to core

and why ru classic must be updated before main server of core?
i can rephrase it if its too hard to understand:
does classic servers reached their max lvl? (somehow i didnt heard yet about 80lv reached in ru) and we have not 1 not 2 but already bunch of ppl who has nothing to do.. so why classic server where ppl still have smth to do must be updated before main version of the game?

besides that.. updates were always 2 tops 3 weeks late from russians.. and now by your own prognoses we will have atleast 2months late.. (since new server gona be launched on helios and at least a month before update comes)

 

We don't define the sequence of updates. Somehow this time Ru main was updated even before NA - it's all on devs side. EU builds haven't arrived yet.
I do understand that you want an update as soon as possible, so just cross your fingers so it arrives bugless, so we could just quick-test and install it, ok?

 

Ah, so ru classic is giving more money.

 

Ru classic is RU, Innovaaa is RU. all in topic. They care more about their own. We are just dogs for them that have to give money for pay testers and update Ru faster

Its looks like devs can recive West update translated faster to eng than Core is translated to EN. both translations to EN, Core is harder and longer to translate xD
Probably its about agreement between innova and ncsoft
"Give us RU version as fast as possible, Core version when you will have time between tea and sake"

 

Till now all cry for no reason, Fragola said few times they dont decide what to update when, but you keep at it. Plus even if they do, no one here can say ****, when ppl on core start donating as much as on any Ru server then you can start opening such topics. But then again Ru has like 5 server and you dont want 2nd here so deal with it Ru>Eu

 

I actually feel quite bad for Fragola =/ Why are you guys giving her so much hassle?

By now, you probably realised, that most of your frustration is because of korean devs right? L2 store, balances, updates, everything is done by koreans. What Innova can do, is just provide you a quality service with minimum latency, good support and a letter to the devs, if community so wishes. Last time I checked I didn't lag, tickets were being resolved in fair time and with friendly/helpful admins, we have a place in forums, where you can voice your concerns, so it can get forwarded to devs.
So what exactly are you trying to achieve bashing on Innova staff? There is also a place for suggestions on forums, so you can suggest anything constructive that is in the power of the admins here.

Since I was away for some time, I just noticed few days ago, we got a new staff member - Fragola. Reading all her responses on forums, I can tell she has an incredible amount of patience with you guys, so be thankful for her, she seems like the best staff member so far. Oh, and welcome

 

make that marked red and believe me 99% of servers population will be more than satisfied..
besides that since l2 is busines and diferent publishers have different business plans that means not koreans comes up with what inova or ncwest gona have in their l2store, but the publishers itself says i want that and thad in my l2store, i doubt rly that koreans dictate full l2store content
about tickets.. sometimes ticket is resolved in 1 day.. but when u have an urgent problem and it takes 10days and after that u answer and again waiting 10days for an answer from suport.. then thats not "fast solving/friendly/helpful admins"

 

Regarding that red text, my experience with support was fine and friendly. Also, I didn't experience any major lag, like I did on NA servers, or had any problem regarding Innova service.
Out of all service providers, it seems like Innova is the only one that cares about bots, and I'm not gonna discuss if they are doing the job the best they can, fact remains that they are the only ones doing something.
There was a time I remember, where things went sour with Aria transfer, and they asked community for patience with support. Kinda funny asking this community for patience lol.

I'm pretty sure the 90% of l2store is korean devs decision and the rest of it variates between service providers. Koreans do not support anything other than f2p with micro transactions, so there it is, every problem we have with this game comes from korean side. Service providers must stay profitable, if they are to offer you f2p service, which means, they have to push p2w items to some extend.

I don't see how that is Innovas fault, its korean devs. You, me and everyone here that is not a whale has beef with korean devs, that went nuts with all p2w changes.

If you gonna ***** about how bad it is here, know that you are free to move to other providers at any given time. So far I have not been given any solid proof that Innova had the choice of staying out of p2w waters, and if at some point get the proof that they intentionally went p2w, even tho they could stay out of it, I will jump in your boat and ***** about Innova instead of koreans.

 

The only thing out of hand here (dunno how it's in other servers, should be around same) , is that skills delay it's huge, specially for oly and should be fixed ASAP but doubt developers know what's going on with that
