Yes. This is dimensional siege so there are only the best clans of russian servers in this vid. They are most likely very well equipped for the bigger part of them. But a stacked archer hitting non donators without pvp sets or any kind of end game items at the begining of the server is gonna do much worse than that.
Somehow u can hack/cheat what ever, so u got all skills of other classes u want , for example u can have an archer with skills of dagger / tyrr / etc ... It becomes intresting if u stack up the "good" passives of a few classes, since passives are not visible to anyone i guess .... I dont know how it is possible and why its not getting fixed, there been a few threads about ppl using this

it was exploit of past, not doable anymore on Innova, fraps above is one of few made on NCwest when it was going for years (first introduced in glory days). I guess they banned all at once, cuz its trivial to detect abusers

@CMFragola Maybe i will repeat someone's question, but couldnt spot what i actually needed as an answer. Will the update on Core be postponed and when can we expect it officialy ? Also are we expecting red libra 100% (if date/some +- period is possible would be also good)
The update won't be postponed because of the launch of the new server - these are two independent processes. I will be able to give more info on the update when we get the build and start testing it. We have red libra in plan, but, frankly speaking, I'm scared to give you any dates as it may change because of some reason and the community will riot
Just last questions. Correct me if im wrong ,but the libra is in ur short term plans as far as i understood. If RU get it before we get the update, will we get it as well or will be delayed and stacked with the update. And which kind of Libra we gonna get ? NCWest-Like with pvp/pve weapons included or the one we already took ones with only blessed
