the instruction at 0x00000 referenced memory at 0x00000. the memory could not be read

Good afternoon all. At first, sorry for my basic english. When I run the game, all is ok until I select the server and try to enter to the character's window. When I select server, the game is closed and I receive the next message: "The instruction at 0x777c294f referenced memory at 0x22ecec48. The memory could not be read".
I deleted the game and 4game app and full reinstaled it, checked the RAM (and is all ok), checked permissions for the game and 4game app and is all ok, antivirus/malware, etc. And I don't know what more to do. Thanks in advance.

 

Check whether client runs on discrete video card but not integrated one. Update video drivers (or rollback on prev. version). Post result of process diagnostics without any truncation as text here (http://www.check4game.com/lineage2.en.html).

 

same problem here, run check4game and still have problems to enter on the server, can you help me please?
