Depends. There are 2 possibilities for iss : make macro with buffs+sonatas or sonatas + assist and debuffs ( but here you need to come back every 25 minutes ) .I was farming hellbound with iss and summoner all night with macro If you know how to set it up properly it's easy pesy!
1st u need to target 1 DD from ur pt ( for harmony ) and then use right click on ur macro... pm for more info

Its pretty obvious that she says that USING macros is not bannable but THEY ARE WORKING ON ELIMINATING ANY POSSIBILITY TO ABUSE IT FOR AUTOMATION PROCESSES aka BOTTING.
