    When will the "Grand Crusade" update be installed on the server? Is there any information?

    how can the RU servers have the patch when the "mothership" NA servers wont have it until tmrw?

    Because they don't depend on anything from NCWest to get the update, it comes from Korea not from NCWest, there they have 2 teams, the live server (dunno if it's shared for classic) and the overseas territories, when the overseas team is ready they are sending updates and RU got it faster than NCWest
