now lets see... clue number one to all of u ******s... is there some delay between each skill used? well do you sometimes cast faster due to bss load? that means there was a fraction of a second delay between skill use that went into loading the bss. thus de has the larger dps, since wit and int differences between de and elves compensate for eachother according to dps per skill, and higher int becomes better while taking such delays into account.. one half ****** was somewhat close to figuring out that damage/time = dps. thus due to the delay between skill use de should have higher dps, especially fully buffed.. why? because the larger the delay between skill relative to time to cast skill, the more relevant the damage output per skill becomes.. easy percievable example: de do 20% more dmg and le cast 20% faster. casting speed is as normal but the delay between casting each skill is 1 year (in this exaggareted theoretical example). in 2 years de has done 20% more dmg (and thus 20% more dps) than elf since this large delay example rendered the elfs faster cast speed totally negligible. now in real battles there are obviously delays large enough between skills being casted to the point where this effect becomes relevant.

i'll post an even better clue; clue number two after i've seen all u ******s post more rediculous **** that makes me laugh..

assuming that "cancel is indeed uber" has the same meaning after your corrections, i can simply say that i already tested cancel and it didnt remove any buffs at 85+. at least not iss buffs.

sry i was afk, devil you are right that you cant cancel any of iss buffs but what i wanted to say is that it cancel noblesse blessing with 100% chance. thats why elf>dark elf

 

for mass pvp it might be usefull if ur fighting non nobless players, but kind of a waste for 1 v 1. demon wind on the other hand is good for mass pvp and killing healers. it reduces heals by 50%.

 

nvm de or elf go human and get 20k+ hp and 30k cp gg
