So, eva rune (-20% skill cd, +10% hp) is a really big item. Right now you can only get it from the 30-day 200% rune and the 7-day 200% rune pack from what I understand. Those packs are the most expensive (since 200% runes are the best) and with time less and less people will get these packs, since most people just get them for the server start. On core the fishing event fixed this problem, since it flooded the market with 3-day runes, so anyone that wants to play competitive pvp (open or oly) can do it without having to buy the top 200% runes pack or having to bid against so many other players. On ncwest this problem got solved by adding prestige packs. Maybe it's time to think on a new premium account (more expensive, that includes eva rune 1-day, 3-days, 7-days, 30-days) or something, 'cause if not Ramona will soon run out of them on most people and it should make things uneven for those that can't keep buying runes 200% or pay a lot of adena for them.
I think the people who really will need that Eva's rune, to be let's say " competitive" , should have decent gear,etc... That mean they have or time to farm,or money to invest selling l2store items for adena to get that gear, so obviously they will eb able to buy eva's rune. Or you expect somebody with dyn paulina set and weapon to play competitive olympiad/pvp ? For me sound as, I have ferrari ,but dont have money for gasoil ))
more than 6 lvl6 brooches on core but cant afford eva rune. @iLiftTrucks thoughts? Anyways they should add 3d eva runes on l2store anyways or 30d seperated from the set.

So you are saying that ppl will stop having those runes, since they will stop buying exping packs, and there will be no such rune left on server. And you wan't to fix this by adding the option to get this rune trough PREMIUM premium account. I'm sorry, but I can't grasp your logic here. Only way this would make sense is, if that rune is a serious must have for everyone, even tho no one has it (will not have it soon).
And how about deleting them from the game absolutely? Atm with 2 healers , most of pt's if they don't fail their purge rotations they manage to get mostly party inmune to debuffs, making any class in pvp besides archer / supports useless in any kind of pvp, if there were no eva runes, there would be window for debuffs and more classes like summoner / tyrr / feoh would be played. Not only that, archer wouldn't be too OP because they wouldn't be opening 101 skill + mad cow every 3 minutes, making PvP more enjoyable You don't need to worry about eva runes if there are no eva runes (insert 9gag meme)
The xp runes are selling themselves mostly for people to level up, not for the eva rune, it's a great add to the pack but no one that I've ever spoken with, buys the pack just for the eva rune, at least in core. Whoever buys xp rune it's mostly for the xp runes, and they pick eva runes from AH, so I don't think many sales will decrease in Core, dunno about Ramona situation. Another option could be adding packs of 3 day / 7 day / 30 day in store or add them to caskets (3 day to small one, 7 day to mid, 30 days to top)
