Good question is why they don't open new server whit new chronicle ? I think becosue in GC exp 1-85 is 20 minutes and now still they cna sell rune for exp to 1-85

It will be in GC in salvation is 2 quest and 1-85 in GC one loaction and 10 quest (NC do more easy for noobs in salvation plus show up power of dragon wepon only )

When i created post fragola say dont be jelly events coming , and 3weeks pass no event and no update RU server finishing 2nd event in that time+update ... BIG THNX

 

Ru server got update and they are running 3 events at the same time right now, for us there's not even prelimary dates for update

Sarcasm aside, that's what was discussed a lot - I said that we'll have events and many people said - yeah, give us info even if it gets postponed later. So now you are hating me because they got postponed.

The devs sent us the patch very late, so every activity that we planned and connected to that update got postponed as well. While the plans are still the same: update both servers, start fishing for Core, attendance event for both, then in a little while Red Libra for Core.

We are not hating you because people didn't get the obvious reason why we're not getting events, as those are going to be in new update and simply if no new update = no events. What most people or at least me and other users are not happy with, is the amount of information to know what's going on at the moment with the update, if you have some plans to launch the update at some date, and for some reason you get the patch late, which means late testing, late bug fixing and so on, don't you think it's good for your players to make an official announcement regarding that? Like, guys, we had an idea to launch update soon but because of getting build so late from Koreas it will be postponed for a bit until we test it to make sure it will run with as little to no bugs as possible.

I think that would be good for both the company, because they are not going to be blamed for everything (if you get update late most likely it's not your fault), and your player, because they not only know what is going on, but also they see that there's people from Innova going around at forums and they have info for a product they are consumming. I guess the official reason on why you got the patch later it's the same it happened 2-3 updates ago, while RU got simple version of the patch, and then they got small update with some more changes / fixes, we're going to get everything packed togheter and it's usually taking more time.

In short, give more information about what's going on with update (delayed for testing, blabla) and player will stop blamming you for things that aren't your fault

 

YOu didnt get a really simple point. We are not hating you, cause something was postponed.

You didnt keep your promise, simple as that. You said " im preparing official announcement, should be up really soon" and then texas & peru. Dissapeared.
So not only you didnt keep your promise, which make me come to the idea, if you would keep your word for the events, and on top of that we were left without any clue what was going on. Everyone expecting some info after maintance. Maintance delayed and people started wondering .. ok something is going on here hooray..

I do kinda agree.. don't say which events we'll get until it's 100% sure, people complain that we get info too late.. Give info of events and update before you are 100% sure and anything changes, people go mad.. Can't please all, people just mad..

Imo, the way you are doing it now is better.. keep saying what Innova is plannin in terms of events and updates, even if it's not 100% sure.. And if the event or update doesn't come, just update us with when it'll and why it didn't..

 

I hope this tuesday you put new update and event. No more excuses plz. We pay you good ,we support you with donate so at least work harder.

 

Now I'm pretty sure why we got 4 CM in less than 3 years , there is always something wrong with this community , Fragola already improved the comunication between Innova and the community , don't you think that instead of blaming her you just could asking her kindly ?

Keep up the improvement Fragola, and yeah I'm agreeing with Slaiter , more comunication about what is going on is more than welcome and would be perfect
