Ok nice xp event, but when will we get the Grand Crusade live?? Next week or sometime "soon" /meaning btw 2-6 months xD/? Last time we got same event a few months ago, it was again stated in the event topic on forum that the xp event was to help us prepare for the new update and we are still here months after it preparing and preparing, and preparing...
I think someone explained it already but if no one did I'll do it on my own now: Double xp isn't calculated like that, first you calculate all boosts you got and then everything is multiplied by 2 from double xp, like if you have PA (+200%) + 200% xp runes (+200%) + Vita (+200%) you get a bonus of +600% (or x6), then you add double xp in top of that and you get 1200% or x12 multiplier
i think every boost is added to monster base, not to xp based setting, for example mob gives 100xp then pa(200%) +vita 200%+xp rune 200% =600 xp +base xp from seting (2x 100) = 800 but i might be wrong

Well to the first question, I guess one week of double xp to prepare for GC and miracolously patch notes appearing might mean next week we will get it. For second, after all problems from last week and specially all dc's, they moved today eu servers both classic and main ones to new datacenter, so now it should be solved. I personally told them myself that including so many servers into same physical machine would lead fastly to problems, but they didn't take me serious
hehe they moved, and problems are back again.. the one day in a week when my party can sit more than 2-3h to exp a bit, and we have problems
They simply didn't make all tests and restarts needed because it took them too much time to move servers to new datacenter and install them there so I guess it's time to look for some new IT team to handle things properly
