I'd lost thru out few last days all dragon buffs ,dragon XP runes and scrolls,2weeks 200% xp runes,all Herald buffs and get nothing,many emperior's buffs and top up ,and top up and *** me up!!!get nothing for my money,and now my ballance in game "0",money are serious thing! and no world from Innowa how they will compensate my money,do I have chance get my money or my shopping L2 store back?
You need to write to support and they will give u back in probably 2 weeks if 2 weeks pass without writing to support according to user agreement is dependent of the refund that they can refuse to give you back.

A question then. Is worth to keep playing a game on a server that, as we can see for your posts, you hate? You made a lot of post like this already everytime you server had problems life if your life depends on it. Incorrect post like a child arguing in any League of Legends game, zero understanding, zero respect for thr people behind the server, etc. If you don't like the staff/server, open Steam and play anything else and stop spending your free time (that is a lot in my opinion) doing rage post.

You can be puppet of Innova as long as you want just know that noone needs your childish advices. I just paid 1 month of PA to prolong it and It still shows "Premium Account has expired". Those russians cant keep one thing worked in this server. Now I paid and get nothing, I have to wait "SKILLED" developers to fix this too and wait until they do to play.
