Ability points are 26 not 21, also the EXP is not impossible, it just takes a lot time and tons of EXP boosts , in Korea strong CPs have reached 107/108 LVL and they have Grand Crusade since 18/5/2016.
NCwest region didn't had buyable CC passes for years, it was in L2Store like other instance passes, so maybe KR did same here.
Bag of tears. The exp wall in Korea is at 107-108. We got it at 105 in EU/US. Nothing new, NCW players were complaining about it. But guess you cant see further than your nose. Btw it will allow mid tier to catch up in level. And if you're 105 on your main, well go exp your dual. If you're 105 on both, delete L2 folder.
It's a good way of balancing and letting people catch up, but they forget about something even more important not letting many people to catch up, which is gear, but still better than nothing I guess

Meanwhile what is alvailable for spenders might not be for non spenders. Look at heine fishing.. Long short story, open your wallets and let the monney flow

True, I just checked it. We need 3156 trillion EXP for 105-106 and Koreans need 3927 trillion EXP for 105-108. Also, our 105-110 is 31915 trillion and Korea's 15247 trillion, ours is over double LOL. So I guess we just chill and w8 for another update that somehow boosts EXP or changes EXP table...?
In next update there will be some bosses like epic spezion changed into 103+ and a new hunting area for levels 105+ (106+ mobs) around elven village
But that means nothing, we have PA since lvl 1 and exp tables 1-105 its same only 105-106 its like 10x times bigger requeriment for us than for koreans. We got an update where we should be able to adquire APs until 110, but everyone will stuck at 105, koreans not, they got real access to them
not rly 99+ exp tables are different as i remember 99-> 100 we have lower requirement 100-> 101 they had, and 102-> 105 +- same
