How to find Raid Bosses on new map (Grand Crusade)?

I havn't any RBs on my World Info/Recommended Tip bookmarker.
I saw nothing on that bookmarker except Orfen (60lvl.), when I was 65lvl., now, on 66 and 67 I see nothing.

List of RBs from L2wiki is about 18 RBs (lvl 60-69):

1. Official Patch Notes GC:

• Raids are active if the raid boss is alive, after the boss is killed, the mark on the map becomes gray instead of green.

On my map aren't any marks (green or gray).
2. Official Patch Notes GC:

• Recommendations show information about hunting zones, instance zones and raids within character level.

On my map, in recommendations, as I wrote, are only two Hunting zones (65-69):
- Forest of the Dead
- Swamp of Screams
none RB or instance zones.

On the old map, everyone can find any RB, between 1-100 lvl., and his position on the map, question is:

how do it nowadays?

Btw., I've pressed buttons 'Instance' and 'Raid' - same as ever.

 

It works, but the problem is, that map isn't real-time updated, so need open, close, open close. Another problem is, that people kill bosses very fast, so hard to see that green icon.

For me this bosses should have much more defence and hp, also on map should be spawn time. Just thanks to this small change we could have very nice server event everyday and for everyone.

 

Its very interesting that, what You say: there aren't any info in patch-notes, about "...that map isn't real-time updated, so need open, close, open close."
Anyway, if so, time of update this map must be from other space, because I started play today about 6.00 am, and until now- 7.00 pm, map isn't updated (repeat on/off....).

I don't touch on "... so hard to see that green icon", because as I written, on my map are no RB icon, neither green nor grey (I enlarge map, for sure).

My question is still live: how find RBs on the map? Innova, maybe I have some bug, since no one didn't report that?

 

The new map is a disaster, when I checked on sub and tried to search for RB around only Ant Queen popped up, no other RBs at all, but when I went to check they were still alive.

Also who thought it was a good idea to remove the quests from there?

 

I forgot write, I'm on sub too, but on second account, I'm on main, and there is the same.

 

U need to be in level range of boss. I guess u cannot check all bosses. For example on lv 102 i can see 101 and 103,104 bosses

 

Nah, It just doesnt work before 85. the only bosses that will show are (from what i've seen) queen ant, orfen and baium.

Why did they made the new map like this and left the "Tracking" button out, i dont even..

PS: I say, before 85 because someone said (while lowbie raiding) that it works after awakening as long people are within level range of the RB

 

It's probably the bottom line!
On mine main char - I see RBs, but on new one, and sub under 85 don't. Innova did 'great work', I think it's correctable.

 

Not sure if it's Innova's fault or it simply broken by default, but the truth remains that the previous map was infinitely better.

 

Was about to enter the forums and start a post about missing RB locations on map, when i stumbled over this post.

Couldnt agree with the fellah above me, previous map was lightyears better then this half-a**ed piece of garbage.

 

raidbosses (except epics) <85 lvl are not shown in map anymore, google it if u still need them, or remember where they are to farm them, also the reason of those rb missing in map is the "random" spawn time, other rbs has fixed spawn time and they are on map

 

Obviously we have to Google them now, but isn't point of the update to improve things rather than making them more complicated and annoying?

I mean it shows only Queen Ant, Orfen and Baium, like what the hell that's the most useless piece of information ever, you need to organize several parties to kill them, obviously you know where to find them. But what you don't know is where are the dozens of random small RBs that you want to kill with your friend while lv'ing up and this information has been completely removed from the game, you can't even search for it through the Adventure Guide because it's been removed from there as well.

Also quest info. Looking for some quest to do? Gone! Either go to a special NPC with this info or google it up, because we thought showing you where Ant Queen is is more important!

Tracking was too handy when doing several quests? Well too bad, it's gone!

Honestly I have a suggestion to improve the map, it should look like this:

 

well, it is for improving, but dont forget its only localizators that make 100050000 boxes for zaken, koreans dont have so much new players so they improve high lvl raids, and remove from AI lower ones, also to compensate that new leveling system (20min to 85) was introduced there

 

I still dont inderstand why pple even bothering with low bosses nowdays. I could understand soloing it,but it wont happen on Ramona any soon.
I can agree to that a map should be more newcomers friendly and helpful .
When u grind properly u lvlup way faster,or is it about drops? Oh wait..

 

1-85 fastest way now is low rb's even not soloing them (which u can make easy with paulina gear but not with all classes)

 

Low bosses is an excellent way to level up your subs, just pop one of those things that let you use your mains weapon and gear without the level penalty debuff and then solo every bloody normal* RB below 85. Noone does that for the drops, just the exp.

Or as in my case atm, i need to level up a titan to 85 so my iss(Wich i outleveled during the fish event by far) can duo k85/k90 and beyond.

* - Not counting the RB's in dragon valley wich you summon for the quest

 

Its either RB's or grinding through hundreds of mobs, worse on subclasses. (unless proper power leveling is involved)
So yeah.. lowbie RB's do make a difference.

But it may not be broken. Isnt Korean L2 free to play before lvl 85? NCSoft probably doesnt give a damn about people at those levels.

 

It maybe good nowdays as u kill one.mob and gain a lot exp,but is it best xp vs time spent to catch it? Idk.

 

Granted you have all available exp bonuses and maphr that one 45 lvl raid will shoot you to 65+ lvl I think... Just with PA it gets you to 50. 3 hours after Ramona start those parties who get their hands on RBs were awaken and the rest of us were stacked on level 15 trying to do the quests. That is special circumstance but it can definitely save you a lot of time grinding quests. And some people I am sure have timers for their route and lvlup ertheias or zaken chats this way

 

Maybe on the new server is different, but on Core, you can find a RB and then spend 5 mins looking for people. (missed an hellman today because there was only 2 people to do it, 1 WC and 1 EE)
New update is just that awesome bringing in fresh people. /s
