hey there. late yesterday i got stuck i a place and i am really not able to move. i am also not able to teleport (no idea whether there is such an option at all). would very much appreciate some help as i am a new player and being stuck after only one hour of play is annoying... if necessary - character name is "masturba" and i got stuck somewhere in the surroundings of the starting point. thanks!
tried posting a question immediately after i got stuck - last night. unfortunately no response for 12 hours so decided to post a thread. is there another place where i could ask for help?
as with all support systems within companies, you should allow up to 24 hours for a response to support tickets. as soon as they pick up your ticket they will respond and for ingame issues only the support team can assist you with this issue. regards.

as i said, when the support staff pick up your ticket they will contact you. forum staff can not deal with tickets or ingame issues im afraid. regards.
