20h since i submit a ticket

wondering how many days innova team need to answer 1 ticket ? they changed my char name after maintenance w/o any reason and now im waiting for them to gve me an answer . IF U WANTED 25 EURO WHY U DIDNT ASKED FOR IT WHY DO U CHANGE MY NAME AND DONT HAVE THE DECENCY TO ANSWER PETITION?

 

It can take up to 10 working days to answer a ticket, so 20h is literally nothing

3 tickets 5days+ still waiting 1 ticket is 3 weeks old now

 

Don't you worry,I'd make a test if you can have right to get something back,they will find some(not necessary right substantiation) clue to put you claim down

first ticket resolved in 9 days.
second ticket resolved in 8 days.
third ticket resolved in 9 days.

i write resolved because i get response faster but to finish some ticket i need conversation.

answers take up to 10 working days (can be 16 calendar days if u make request on friday evening/saturday morning))
also rusians now have a week of celebrations, so probably inova has shortened working days aswell

name change without reason can be done only if its rasistic/na zi related stuff (or insulting language) they change it with warning (in game mail, and email to one u have registered account), happened to me when i had first char here, we had box clan with **** related stuff in it, they wrote in game mail to change it and gave some time to write them back in support to what u want it to be changed, otherwise they just change it to "noname123154"
