Problems when installing

first of all, i've searched on this forum to try to solve my problem, but no clue how to solve it.

i'm going to describe step by step what i've done trying to install the game:

1- on www.lineage2.eu i clicked on "play english version"

2- i registered on 4games and i clicked "install"

3- i downloaded and install the 4game launcher, nothing opens but a icon on the tray that just say "4game" (website on ru) or "exit"

doubt here, should this 4game program open something else like a windowed program or something?​

4- i enter on https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/ but just "4game is having a look at whether you have lineage 2 installed. this will only take a few seconds!" and nothing happens. i tried on every single explorer (firefox, chrome, opera, mathon, ie) and all the same except ie, that shows the "install" button that download the 4game program again.

i uninstall 4game like 4 times and all c++ aplications, i restarted the computer but the problem stills​

can anybody help me with the problem? i really want to play here, but all this problems are demotivating me...

 

4game don't opens any window or something like that.

edit: on the translated website you've post i saw that in taskmanager there was 2 4game process, well, i just have one, "4gametray.exe"

 

i restarted and reinstalled everything and then i restarted the computer and it seems it works now
