My account has been hacked

    My account in ramona was hacked. im a clan leader lost everithing on my main character and all the adena on the clan warehouse and arround 90 euros on l2 store...
    today i woke up and my character was naked, never shared account.

    Know same situation, and feel sorry for u :(
    About tickets to support... well goodluck my cp leader is waitng 10 days and still no answer to his ticket.

    There is one problem Last if he got Keylogger/Trojan or other ****, this can avoid phone number protection... by logging from his pc/browser if he gave trusted
