    anyone noticed that the reuse of UBtM cant be lowered with rings, skills etc.?
    Is it working as intended?

    Some skills have fixed reuse. Like tank aggros. Body to mind is one of them.

    yeah, guess feoh would be op with new mana shield and 5 seconds reuse of UBtM :p
