at this week the excuse was "ru have holiday so we dont do nothing, sorry guys". (and who cares they have holiday btw?! why that matter, in an EU server?! but hell ye, innova logic) and i thought everyone got used to it, innova dont rly give a flying duck about the EU server/ppl who play here. if u dont got this after all this years..well, its not their fault.
How much time they will need to fight Core depends on amount of pvp weapon / bless jewels introduced by l2store simple as that

I can tell you already how situation will look like from now since it's really easy and maybe you can start thinking on solutions already. -Ramona will probably have top clans 20-80% more amount of members than core clanssince it's fresh started server (No need fix) -Ramona levels from top cp's are going to be 102-103 since after 103 it's huge wall of xp, meanwhile in Core there are lots of people in top clans being level 104 and few of them even 105 (Could be solved with some exclusive double xp events only for Ramona, while Core people will be crying ) -Ramona equipment it's going to be nothing compared to Core, they will have no pvp weapons / bless jewels / abundance talismans 1-4 / brooches 5-6 as compared to Core average pt's from top clans (This can be solved by introducing them from lots of farming / l2store events or adding additional ways of farming them ingame, like killing mobs and dropping those items with low chance, not like it's going to happen but still) All in all I think top clans from Ramona would be able to fight tier 2 clans from Core (anyone except EN/TH) without much of a problem, they would need few pvp weapon stones and bless valakas / antharas / lindviors to do so, but they won't be able to take aden/rune from dimensional siege server for long time unless some alliance of clans from ramona+core decide to go against top clans castles
Just read again what you said... The diffrence in level between Core and Ramona going to solve by some exclusive double xp events only for Ramona ? Yea maybe they should start with 102 level... wait few months untill they add l2store events on ramona and then ppl quit , after that will be really equal 60 vs 60 , dont zerg core pls
How do you suggest to solve ASAP the levels difference between Core and Ramona? Same for items, how do you think they will be able to compete vs people from Core if they got way lower items? For your info, 80%+ of top items from Core have been introduced from l2store, if they don't have the option to buy from l2store how are they going to have a chance to catch up? Will it drop from air? At some point we have cap level, try more than 105. Many people on Core gonna re-roll to Feoh, so start leveling from 1 level, also some of them gonna change dual class on libra event, so start leveling Feoh from 100, 101 or more. Another story is that level up from 1 to 102 is very easy. People on Core play 5 years but they were blocked with lvl up so is almost equal. The same with equipment, to make stacked character do not need to spend too much. When do you get all you really need on good (not best) enchant level, can get a bit more %, but also need to spend for it 500% all of previuos donations, so again with equipment also is a limit, because this few % not worth and are too expensvie, so people stop doing it and start focus on another character. The only one thing which Ramona need is a time, thats it. Please if you do not think about this what you propose, better do not give stupid idea to Innova, later we have changes like Feoh 95% barrier.
Whoever is starting to reroll now it's already late, people rdy to reroll to few soon they have either all gear and waiting for Libra to change dual or they got their mains 101+ levels already, there are some ppl with 102/103 feohs atm Stacked archer: pvp bow +12+ / pvp set +10 / bless antharas / bless valakas / lindvior / tauti / trasken / brooches 5+ / skills +20 / abundance 1+ / 7s+longing / level 103+ and list keep going on, yeah for sure it's not need to spend much Time is not going to make miracles when farming options are limited, but keep living in your own world
the 95% barrier on feoh is not from innova , innova is a PUBLISHER , they just publish what ncsoft do , they can't re-write code , they have to use it what they get , try to understand that before talk nosense
do u rly think they have the items to make fast lvl like in core?.. give account with pa i can make 1-99 in 1day.. can u make that in ramona? no.. 1 - they dont have the equipment, 2- they dont have the boosts we have (like "free" maphrs for every instance), they have line of 500 ppl clicking to enter kartia.. when on core u dont have that (unless 2x event and dragon just died, so u need to click for 10mins untill some1 finish) do they have pvp weapons? oh wait there is no way for them to get those.. do they have pvp sets? (maybe some main armors already, which is like <10 in whole server).. do they have blessed epics and etc? maybe 1-2 of each(except tauti) from those giran boxes.. when in core every 3rd noob now runs with bless antharas or valakas, every 5th noob runs with both of them.. sure they need time.. but only time will not change anything... their progression is way more limited than ppl in core.. have adena on core and boosts for xp u can make 102 in 1day - just find good pwlvl.. dont have adena just drop in few hundreds/thousands of euro in core and vualia.. u have it.. drop it on ramona and u will have $ but still no adena, and no gear to contest even 2nd tier of core
I' mean one of the most slacking person when it comes to pve , but somehow I'm 103 both on main and dual... and I didn't felt like 103 to 104 is really huge...
