Again, different publishers, different servers, other size of playerbase, store differences, there are many factors. Comparing them is almost like apples and pears on the same core attribute it has seeds.

I was on "few" open field raids on core, and there are definitely players farming them, but rarely with small group, so I do not think any of that income can be base of those accusations. Again if you have some proof feel free to send to support and they will look into that, since it should be very easy to track.

I have opened a support ticket, obviously. Dew's reply stunned me. I have tried to contact both Fragola and Pazak (as Fragola suggested) to discuss that ticket but they have ignored me. I have replied to that ticket 7 days ago, no reply. And guess what? The ban was supposed to be for 7 days and now we are in our 8th day. Am I supposed to suffer Russian holidays? What the hell do I care that you have a holiday? Ensure that you have the staff to do the day-to-day operations. To recap, not only i didn't get support from the "support" service ( did you catch the clever words play there?), but a ban that is supposed to be for 7 days has actually been prolonged in the 8th? How is that for incompetence, hypocrisy and stupidity?

well, send another ticket titled "L2store fraud" and it should have faster response as the last thing, you can always chargeback, but it will result in perm ban of accounts involved
