For some unknown reason my character has been chatbanned since yesterday... I sent a ticket to the innova guys but answering back will take forever. Any1 else got a similar issue? Let me know if there's anything i can do to lift the restriction. It's extremely annoying since i dont know the reason i was chatbanned and also cuz the restriction lasts for 13h....
There's nothing you can do. Chat bans are applied for violations. You need to wait until it's over. GMs will reply you about the reason in the ticket.
It could be a macro with wrong delay settings, like 6sec instead of 60. The excessive spam results in automatic chatban based on the frequency you used the macro.
i have no such macros trhat's the thing...i'm surprised though since my only "Chat" macros are world chat shouts which are not spammable
