there was a screenshot when he lost it not by accident but by pking ppl and was killed having more than 3 pk on him.. thats kinda rubish.. if he lost it not by "accident" that would be same as some1 loose pvp bow +14.. and write ticket to support to get it back? can we from now on go pking whole server without consequences?

but this item gives advantage, it likes 3rd prof skill at some classes and if you learn new by mistake it is your fault. Why dont they restore those skills also? Who asked him to pk with this item in his inventory? I thought it was his fault...
Well, everyone can have 3rd prof skills who keep them.... And you lost this item so... The main problem here that they didnt make any announcement that they can restore this item. How should ppl know it is a possibility? And which other items can be also restored?
its not about hate.. its about shady work of someone.. u know restoring lost item is ok.. when it was deleted by accident.. but also shouldnt be done because u know when u try to delete something game asks u "do u really want to delete it"... and on this situation u "on your own" pked ppl, and lost it not by accident but by your own fault.. and that shouldnt be recovered.. also @CM Fragola lf explanation how/why? do "support" recover item which was NOT!! removed by accident

You are a bit contradicting yourself. I think this means that Innova's internal processes about acount sharing/theft that result in scamming, needs some rework and/or clarification. If there are not clear and detailed guidlines for handling such a cases, then even the support personel's mood, in the given moment can alter the outcome. If the resulting actions are not following some laid down path, then your customers might mistaken it as biased decesions, as already happened. So please, get the support staff togheter and do a brainstorming meeting.
