I see last video ramona siege pov feoh(u can see on forum or fb)and he had a toogle skill active that i never see. If i see right he is 100 and i see list skill (im 99)no New toogle skill. He had up attribute mana Casting and another! Who know what is and how is possible? Feoh storm screamer same me
Nono. Look in his skill bar. U see easy toogle skill active...betwen toogle of Casting speed and wind attribute
Essence of mana: Mattack +30% , Pdef +30%, M.crit rate+30% that's on level 85. +50% to the same stats on level 101

maybe you mean Attribute attack bonus if you switch between your Attribute stances? just switch between dark and wind stance and you receive up to 100 Attribute attack bonus...
