    Try to reinstall frost security by deleting the folder C:\Games\LineageII EU\Frost after that let the launcher to download a new one, then try to run reg file, its important to restart your system after running the reg file.

    That's not the same error message as in that thread you mentioned. Good you find the solution.

    Disable hypervisor too. It could be done via this bat file http://cdn.inn.ru/support/files/hypervisor_off.zip. Run it as Administrator and reboot.
