Cant download the game from web on window 7

I got an Error 730 from web directly when i open the page i cant login/download the game...i just formated my pc if there is any virus but same problem i wish for solution thnx.

And i cant download game folder 8gb from page bcs the error 730

Iam sorry i cant understand ur last message but u guys have a solution for my problem bcs i tried to update 4game down left corner of web and when finished still same error 730 plz guys iam stucked in this

 

And to explain more about my problem is i cant download the game folder soo that i cant run process diagnostics If there is any other way to run this proccess without having game folder on pc tell me...thnx

To run process diagnostics check4game could be places in any location: Desktop, Documents, Downloads, tmp, whatever.

Run utility as Administrator, click "Process diagnostics" button, wait until it completes, copy full result here without any truncations as text.
