Ertheia Dualclasses

So, I have been wondering for a week now (since Libra event has been introduced on Core). Opened a ticket also but no answer for 8 days. Figured I might take my chances here before the event ends!

I have an ertheia eviscerator and I changed my dualclass to Yul moonlight sentinel. Since I am not that happy with elf archer dps, I wanted to change him to a ghost sentinel using Chaos Essence (if you ask me why use chaos essence instead of gemR with libra I will not get into that right now. I just do).

So I found out (never really interpreted the description correctly) that I can't even use the chaos essence (dual) when my character is an ertheia. I always thought that the "Cannot be used by Ertheia" meant that you cant use it in the main ertheia class (duuh!). I get it now that an ertheia cannot use any of the chaos essence tickets (main or dual). And my answer is why? Why cant it use the dual ticket??
It just doesnt make any sense! When you change your dualclass with Libra your dualclass is considered to be the race of the chosen class (elf in my case). Why cant I use the chaos essence ticket like all the other elfs can to change my class to Ghost Sentinel?

I mean if it is a coding thing (the game code doesnt allow ertheia chars to use that specific item), couldnt it be done via a support ticket?

I would appreciate some support from people who have the same problem! Or if not, for an official answer by Innova!

they will not help u, its clearly written on both chaos essences that they cannot be used on ertheia classes, we all know for what u are changing.. so no need to lie that u dont like dmg of ms.. if its 99.9999999999999% u thought u can make hybrid with old skills of ms and 101 of gs..so gl with that.. no one gonna help u here.. u might ask support to transfer that chaos essence on another toon, but its unlikely they will do even that

 

I didnt want to get into why my friend. I know why, you obviously know why, so do many ppl.

That's not the point.

The point is why all the other classes with dual class elf yul have the ability to do it and not me! That is not fair in my opinion. And that's why I would like for Innova to provide me with either a solution or an adequate explanation for why is this like that.

And the fact that I have an open, UNANSWERED ticket for 8 days now, is simply unacceptable.

 

It takes 10 working days to get answer.
And secondly stop changing a game whenever u wish to.
Ertheia,OL,maestro r special cases,deal with it.
Or reroll,simple.

It's an intended design by devs that ertheia race is unable to use chaos essence both on main and dual so u have to accept that whether it makes sense to you or not. All you can hope for from support side is deleting chaos essence you bought and restoring euros you spent on it.

 

In this game is many "why" like yours.

1. Why can't switch between main and dual class if have in inventory 96 items of 164 slot.
2. Why people need to push control while attack theirs mutual war ?
3. Why we can debuff and kill our alliance on siege zone ?
4. Why we can't turn off skill effect (like mass heal) from other players ?
5. Why items like brooch, aghations are bounded to character not to the account ?
6. Why people which 3 PK can drop theirs itmes ? On mass pvp is easy to pk box without any intention. Why this number is so low ?
7. Why soulshot still are bugged after death or change class ?
8. Why after change class we losing passvie "Divine Expansion" which is the same for any class ?
9. Why brooch skill gives 100% to physical attack and 400% to magical attack ? Why not the same ?

I could find hundreds why like this, of course not for every one it's a problem, but for many people it is. For me better do not ask, developers never answer on this forum

 

M.atk +400% is average x2 dmg for mages, so as +100% p atk for fighters.

Still, i like point 1-2-3, specially the 2.

 

Lucly for L2 world NCSoft doesnt make what single person demands.
There r way more important flaws in this forgotten game.

 

Easy answer : L S T 2 O R E shuffle the letter and the numbers in the right order to get your answer.
