Only i want to know is, when u staff go start to hunt and ban bot's? Server atm is full of bot's ramona/core... Max you guys do is, ban bots shouting adena sell and some low lvl bot's in WOA nothing else.... Server full bot in PVE/PVP, if you go inside ceremony of chaos and olympiad you go see many players follow in hide/interrupt skill's... If your staff dont want to work, maybe u guys should outsource NCwest team... they at least learned how detect bot's and they ban everbody, because it all this bot's (90% in ramona atm) moved to core, because in core they can bot safe, ncwest not more... Have many movies of ppl on auto ress, follow in hide, anti backstab script, LIVE STREAM with adrenaline and u dont see no one getting ban... Max i see u guys doing is come forum for chat, i want one work like this... This frost is Useless...
NCWest basically closed */* etc, but * is working just fine ^^, go take a look at Nova(Chronos) and MAX(Freya) Maybe few suspensions/perma bans here and there, but NA will never get rid the majority of their big botters because they are at the same time the big donators.
But at least u see player's getting ban in ncwest, and sometimes ban hammer... in core/ramona players abusing of program.. many ppl not even try hide they using bot and no one get ban... NCWest has way more bot users than Innova EU(idk about RUOff) and the scripts that are used there are ridiculous like auto-target, anti-hide, anti-backstab(even when CCed), clan assist, fully automated attack skills, interrupts etc etc, not to mention in PvE when one guy can control the entire party via chat commands... Here people don't even use 10% of that, that's why is harder to detect/ban. Indeed there are private servers that won't even allow you to go past login screen when 3rd party program open
@CM Fragola fight those negatives back.. it was bad decision in first place to open new server on summer and that late comparing to 1st server(5year) it should have been done like at ru, every month new server popping and then endless merges, but there wasn't so big disbalance, now for ramona to reach core level they need at least 1 year with all events doubled so they can become the same as we do.. There always gonna be be bright side and nasty side on every decision that makes group of ppl ("Inova systems" company in this case), some ppl like the idea of new server, and hate idea of introducing full l2store and events.. Some ppl like new server, and hate that there is no l2store and no events,.. and some ppl liking idea of dimensional events opening(hopefully soon), and hatting that core lost a lot of ppl because of "new server" hype. There is simply no way to please whole community in allab's words there is some true.. there are a lot of boters around, and the "bot police" are kinda lazy for a long time now, we understand that devs implemented "half bot" system in game, but that means that servers administrators should double the forces in bot hunting, but they arent.. the staff dont even log to in game and /findprivatestore ru / com / and other popular prefixes to check main towns for adena sellers.. in aden now there's a shop sitting with info where to buy adena for 1.5 week now and where's the clean ups? you (directed to whole staff) encourage ppl to report those ppl, but when we dont see actions (even after reports, im not even talking about your self regular checkups) we dont bother.. we just ignore it and thats it..
I like the new staff on l2store, better to buy exactly what you want than buy tarot cards or caskets. Is there any plan to introduce items that are not currently available? ie freya enchant stones???
And here a legit fraps of the user having a cheat program open with l2 4game open is not good enough, really makes you wonder huh? Frost doesn't "work" + Video of the user doesnt "work" = report can't work coz there's no way to reproduce if both valid ways of proof aren't valid. Im legit back to ncwest, thx innova.
Frost never worked mate. Since day 1 of implementation there were already tweaks to bot undetected and these are still not fixed.
I was reading some posts in this topic with people complaints that servers are loosing pleayers, but I think it‘s worth to look from the other side - why we do not have so many new players? (I mean totaly new players to this server, who hadn't played here in the past or totaly new players to L2). Good question for that is posted here: https://eu.4gameforum.com/threads/651575/ I am playing on this server not so much – 1 year, I found pretty many new upcomers ingame who was asking me same or pretty similar questions as this topic sais. And it‘s a fact that new chronicle updates are always increasing adena/items farm option for top level players (play more hours, donate more and etc.) and decreasing the adena/item farm for lowest level players (for example Grand Crusade update lowered drops in Kartia Labyrinths, Crystal Caverns, Zaken and etc.). That mean starting player has to donate more and more just to reach server mid level. The logical question which I see here is – does a new player want to test the game first or to donate before start playing? I don‘t think that many people first donates for example 100 Euro and only after that launches the game. How is it going now? – player joins the server, he plays for a day or few, but he sees that this game is a pain in the *** as adena quantity is going down only. I think there should be better system to have more newcomers to L2, than opening new server which is only one month attraction.
Whole system should be redistributed imo in order to make it more user friendly, not only in matter of quests / adena / material / gear drop but also true tutorials showing you what quests are important to do, what this or that class does (in example videos of good people in those classes explaining what they are good for) and a long etcetera, we don't need to invent the wheel here, just to adapt it to what we need. One of the steps in the right direction comes with the next chronicle, 1-85 will be a matter of 15-20, it's not to make it more user friendly but because 85- content in Korea it's free but hey, as a side effect it should make it easier for newcomers to get into some decent level from where to start, we need way more things like this to actually start gathering attention from people that might like the game or try official servers
It's kinda hard redistribute system while on l2 project working atm around 20 devs. They just adding few more content to farm (because like russians, koreans are also focused on farm, farm, farm) and nothing more.
private servers dont allow bots because bot programs have no interest in cracking their security. If there is any big private server with much interest then you can be sure bots will exist ) Anyways on Core I dont rly find many ppl around where i can say that they bot for sure. and I play daily with TH and against EN
In NCWest you need the best stuff in order to compete since the majority of top players do it, but here the vast majority is legit so pretty simple stuff makes you a "great player" ^^ P.S. If you can tell GMs can too and believe me people can be smarter than that
I actually agree with Hax, I see people from TH and EN everyday and I can tell you for sure 99% of people are super clean, maybe some cases but it's really rare
yea but simple things are not game changing. Spamming pots on bot is irrelevant. Only anti hide in oly and maybe targeting in mass pvp is somewhat relevant but not game changing
