B isn't denying his own botting. He merely states that Starboy burried him when he was caught botting and now this. Furthermore, when Starboy was accused of botting, half the server came to his defence.

hahahahahah i just watched starboy bot fraps on 2:45 to 2:50 is clear proof that it's a bot btw and no ingame macro or keyboard macro in the world can do that He attacks the mobs the moment they switched aggro on him BEFORE they even did 1 hit to have his char take target automatically and the minutes before he didnt even target them when they didnt attack him (same kind of mobs so that excludes /target macros and next target macros). Amazing this guy, nothing to add Got balls to do it on main at 3:30 again so if even 1 THB still believes that this is keyboard macro then you guys have some serious problems

Instead of closing topics or deleting them, show some real progress done from these "bothunters". On daily basis ppl post evidence of bots. "GMs dont read forum", i am sure they even don't log in l2 (as normal user) to check. This is old problem without a proper solution, because you guys dont want to get rid of them and you have done nothing in that direction in years - like 0 evolution or upgrade! I am sure if i type in google i can find in 5 mins or less the used programs. You hope that ppl will get bored and will stop care at some point. There is a solution for everything, but you need to have the will to make it. Also like in the real world, if there are criminals everywhere and the police or government arent doing what they are supposed to do, it simply means they are corrupt also.
it means smth is wrong here, you can lock topic, give warning etc. but not delete it.. cmon and it doesn't matter to your "bot hunters" since bot video is not a proof, they have to check it themself and they won't find him botting(nor thier 24/7 3 pits at pavel toons), still whole server knows he's a botter but oh he doted so much and we need $$$ well fragola, this is how Innova's image looks right now and it doesn't matter if it's true or not cuz ppl don't see any reaction to all this ****, no sorry they can see topics being deleted... such a pity
What "bothunters"?Are you sure that's not a magical creature out of a fairy tale? If you move freely on the server you will bump into bots all the time. I stopped noticing them lately because I consider them NPCs mostly, I got used to their presence... they are like furniture now. So again I am asking you, what bothunters? Name that person that is in charge of bot banning or checks so we know on whom to vent our frustration. Because you are online and you can be reached via Skype or Discord but you are a paper GM, powerless. You get notified of a person botting and then you "have to wait for a GM to wake up and check"? Your word doesn't matter? Ingame fraps with timestamp and logs don't matter? What does matter then, please tell me. You can't modify game files to repair bugs, you deny players paid content (after they've paid for it obviously), you can't be bothered to ban bots. What can you do then? Our frustration is that despite undeniable proof GMs choose to be silent and do nothing and you are here in front of us scratching your head because you can't do anything either. Where are the in game GMs? Where is the paid Innova staff? Where do we send our complaints and to whom do we escalate incompetence? Does this closet company even have an escalation department or even a basic company structure?
There's quite a lot of assumptions in this post, which I won't even address. We blocked more than 100 accounts from this report alone today: https://eu.4gameforum.com/threads/651696/ + others. The question is - how would you know if it's "enough" or "great work" to assess our bothunting work? I'm not a GM, I'm a CM = Community Manager. You can vent it in eu.4gamesupport.com which would be the most productive way to do so. I'm not a bothunter and I'm not qualified to check or block bots. I'm also not disclosing any information about botchecks for obvious reasons. Enough would be our botcheck. Videos/words/posts can be considered only as another form of report. They are in-game and in support service. Not on the forums and not on social media. All complaints should be sent to our support service eu.4gamesupport.com as it is the only way to officially talk to GMs. The ticket system is checked and tracked by Head GMs, so escalation is not necessary. And yes, we have a company structure.
Guys, she said over 10000 times that fraps/pictures WONT make you banned. But since the thread with starboy wasnt a bot report as user stated while posting it, why was it deleted?
