Which NPC sells BSSR Recipe?

I am new to this server. I played in NCWest before.

Is there an NPC that sells Recipe: Blessed Spiritshot R Grade? I noticed that they are very cheap in the AH.

 

The quest for the 10-day one is giving you tons of SSR and BSSR recipes.

Yea ,its a bit hard,thats why DD like Wynn on dualclass comes very handy.

 

It's going to take a while for the dualclass to level up . For now I bought one recipe from the Auction House.

 

dont make untill 95, after 95 in seal of shilen mobs die 1-2shot even from healer (and they can be easily aoed)
