Premium Account

Can you help me please, I bought by clicking the premium button (8 € / month) but once in the game I can not enjoy the benefits like, running 2 game windows at the same time, and I can not access the training camp. He tells me that I must have a premium account.

Are you sure you actually bought premium and not just charged your account? When you buy premium this 8€ should be gone from your 4game account and under Play button you should see message "Premium account is active, expires in XX days".

And if you were logged in while buying pa you should relog.

 

The 8 € I loaded I see them well once in game, however I do not have the premium activated under the button play.
I dont know how to activate it.

N.B : my account was not created, but just linked with Facebook.

open webside and below play button u have "buy premium" button, press it and pick the package, p.s. 8e isnt 8e its 8.99

premium for 1 month costs 8.99e not 6.40
below that play button press buy premium (once u have those 8.99+) and new window will pop there u will choose

Now i will create a new account, but need help to transfert my chars and money please.

And to get premium, you need to have 8.99 on your account and then press "Buy" on the page as it is shown on screenshot above

You can't run your account twice. To run second windows you have to create new 4game account for that windows.
