You could try th following.
1. Use soe or anything similar including death.
2. Try /unstuck command in chat.
3. Issue to Support (https://eu.4gamesupport.com/) with Title "My character stuck".

 

scroll of escape?? try command /escape or restart or if you have premium agathion use to teleport to aden,girran,rune
