I'll just give you a few more examples, even tho I said enough and ppl are still trading core adena to ramona adena 2:1 (thats a fact): Enchanted (or clean) weapons and armors are extactly the same price than core, even if euro ratio is lower. You will pay your blessed zaken 2.5b, gz in core is 300kk now. You will buy brooch boxes in l2store, at same price ofc than core, and once you spend 500/1000 and get lv5 you will sell low tier (like emerald) lv5 stones for less than 10b. While in core its not double, but triple/quadruple the price. There are (a few) items cheaper than core, yes, but that's totally normal on a server with so few adena flowing. At the end of the day, for your full gear, you will either have payed the same amount of core (some items more expensive some cheaper) or more adena than in core. So gg. You know you don't need innova to help you with russian, you can buy lessons and move there, simple. Stop dreaming, RU/EU merge/transfers will never happen so just forget it. Now back to topic. This new server was opened for purely greedy money purposes, they didn't opened it because core was full, only to milk people in two places at once. On the top of merging Ramona and Core to end this greedy scheme and make one proper playable server, what EU needs, is what RU has, lower store prices, that's all. So everyone can eventually reach the basic elements of end game gear, be happy enough about their char and not afraid to leave town, farm easier and therefore have more time to spend looking for pvp. So new people know they can make it to the top if they start whenever even if they don't make 100k euro a year.
Ramona was made for two reasons- cash and future ingame solutions since in the upcoming updates dim sieges are upgraded and this "randomizer" wont cut it anymore, btw i just recently started on an innova ru server and i can truely say server quality is far more superior than the europe ones and not just talking about community
I know @Rahen... It was a joke... Our servers are like patients on life support, dull and barely living. Merged or not, only affordability can attract more players considering that P2W content keeps increasing. Facebook ads won't convince short attention span adolescents nor those who haven't played L2 before. But if the server(s) become reasonable, word will spread around our small/old community fast and people will come. Although it seems that only "easy" money matter, the fact is things could be interesting again. Start by studying the best server in the West, Esthus, and try to make an EU version, we are under the same company for god's sake... Let's see now how much longer people will support these cheeky little money grabs. Wake up, stop collecting pixels for a while and start demanding changes for a better future, cut the chedda because only then they will listen.
That @Rahen guy actually belives merge with ramona would bring players to core. Well noe you are being delusional because most of players will quit/cash out due to core economy plus gear. You are comparing prices on server staying 7 years with ****load of events dropping boss jewels vs ramona which is up since 5 months and had no event with boss jewels except for tarots. as i said before, dont be delusional thinking ramona players will join core - they started ramona for a reason and they wont play on worst retail server which is core. If merge happens you will end up with less players than u had before the whole ramona situation. Also, as i sais before, this is ramona section so gtfo to core and stop spreading core propaganda. Core is UNPLAYABLE for new players and thats a fact.
Core is superior for new players. Most of the community doesnt care about end game and is not part of TOP clans. On core u dont need all the possible equip to have fun. In short for you -community is the advantage. Make a lot of screenshots from Ramona. So u can remember where you have wasted all those money.

Even though Russia shares some cultural elements from the West, I never implied it's considered a Western country. And for your information, Innova company and servers are based in Luxembourg, not Russia. I'm gonna say it again for you dum dum, the items one need to reach end-game mostly come in the form of L2 Store rather than kill-mob-pick-drop. If you think about it from GOD introduction until today, P2W content only increasing. So players, understandably, are thinking a lot about their wallet, that's why I'm talking about affordability. Try again with real arguments or don't even bother troll.
Servers are located in russia, very easy tracert will show you that. Innova is russian company with it's office in LX, not otherwise.
You're right, Innova is Russian company with headquarters based in Luxembourg, and only Core(185.47.156.230)/Ramona(185.47.156.232) have LX IP Ruoff servers have RU.
Both gameservers are confirmed to be located in Russia. IPs you provided are old login server IPs. Feel free to ask on discord
