Why @Allab have access to helios rings upgrated and someone like U who plays olympiad and needs it dont have even lv 1?

2:12, could you tell me please how did you target him ? I don't see any click on the skills, don't see also next and previous target on your skill bar. Also he didn't hit you and you didn't click on him. So how ?

 

2nd skill bar 5th slot , I think this is macro target for oly.

 

ok maybe this is it, i was thinking, that for target he is using the one on the 5th bar, ATK and didn't click on it.

 

Maybe cuz he can use his fingers.

 

I think it can serve as a daily reminder how broken feohs are atm. Mobile, tanky, have different cc, high damage. Other than that, wp, I guess.
