Maybe because you have no idea how game breaking are those cloaks... Item that all brooches, shirts and talismans will be left in dust in comparison. Or maybe because 1/3 of ppl I talked said they will quit same moment Innova will approve them...
Cloacks are game breaking same as any other items that was l2 store exclusive ,brooches,sayhas,dragon weapons etc....So i dont see any reason why we should not get them. Ya the gap between normal players and big wallets will get even bigger and probably will make few ppl to quit. That's not a problem for innova since they focus only on big wallets.
On ncwest the last circlet promo caused a riot in the player base. So yeah. On here the main problem will be how to make the cloacks legendary (tradable). On ncwest the legendary scrolls were sold for hero coins (every 100 us dollars you get 1 hero coin) and in here there aren't hero coins. The other problem is the outrageous amount of money you need to bring a cloack to +10 (yes +10 not +20). +10 & +15 +20 Anyway agathions -> cloacks -> circlets +15 cloack 150 bill +18 cloack 300 bill +20 cloack 500 bill Chronos. Naia and freya + 50 to 60%

And who told i need 18 or 20? Just 10 will be enought for me xd baisc bonus to pve dmg while fsrm. Basic dmg to pvp when pvp.
