Its not proven but there is a myth that AS is capped in the stats but actually is not

I think it passes 2k, more likely 2.5, maybe 3k(hardly, just maybe). I think with 1480 you have no bar on single target skilsl(PPS etc), but till 1800+ you still have bar on aoes.

It actually is. And it's not hard to test. Just grab some archer and go little by little adding attack speed. When you hit 1480 you will see tha pinpoint has no bar. After that, around 1800+, probably you will realise that even aoes(heavy and multiple, except phoenix) won't have that bar anymore.
