Sneak peek into Orfen update: Changes in Fishing System

Items

- New baits - R102 and R105 have been added. New baits are available at NPC Fishing Guild Member. Old item has been renamed to Corroded Bait and won't be used anymore.
- Old Stews have been renamed to Strange Fish Stews and cannot be used. Fish Cream Stew can still be used, but you have 1 month to use them before deletion.
- All outdated items have been deleted.

The old items can be exchanged for adena or Fish:

- When used, you have a chance to receive effect lv.1 or lv.2, different stews don't stack
- Different types of fish dishes can be bought at NPC Fishing Guild Member in any town for Nimble Fish and Ugly Fish.

what is "balanced xp". especially fishing was not for exp, so who used it for that?

 

Will we still be able to get expertise runes r99 from fishing guild member npc?

 

And yet no changes to quest that needs certificates............

Yes, so far the overall list hasn't been changed

 

So either make fishing non-pa feature or start finishing that quests for the people.

PS there are so many better alternatives to fishing for PA

Ok change stews.....but what happend with fish agations to can obtain starligth jar without l2store? Forget ir?

It is convenient to remind our beloved company that players not only come to pay, (if they would not be called payers) the main thing we want is to play. And it is not at all ethical for him to stop introducing content that the game has (in ncsoft exists) only to convert players into payers. In the end everyone gets tired.

yes, by a very big margin, not even half. After elcyum nerf, fishing has been all but abandoned, now I had some hope. I didnt expect such a big fat lie.

 

What is the lie, how's the XP going?

 

With 50% bonus, I get 142 mil from an ugly fish with bait level 102. Less than 100 mil without bonus, so, much less than one third of the advertised 352.700.000.

With Fancy Rod and Bait 102 - I got 586kk XP from a Reddish Box (announced XP is 1,49kkk), so yeah, basically 1/3 of the officially announced...
