I did the maths of current update vs new update, nerf is from 22.88 times Base STR Value to 16.64 of Base STR Value with all possible cooldown reset items and skills, so basically 27% trigger rate nerf. Unless they change how STR affects Skill Mastery which I doubt. @CM Fragola If you wanted a 'quick Korean Style #itsworking' fix that keeps the pre-update trigger rate, the nerf should have been from 1000% to exactly 587.5%. EDIT: P.S. If you wanted a real fix that takes 5 seconds to code, just make both Mastery APs not stack with each other. EDIT2: P.S.2 I just checked and judging by how Koreans code these things it would take 2 minutes, not 5 seconds, my bad xD
It's a not a question of what "we" want, it was a solution from the devs. We just reported the issue. Update: a lot of players are unhappy with this decision, so we will be giving the feedback to the devs to try to get a "better" solution. As I've said earlier, it's not the most elegant option, so we'll do our best to try and improve it together with you and the devs.
An ok idea but it has to be a well-thought-over value. Also max critical rate of Feohs can be bypassed, the limit is only on how much M.Crt.Rate stat converts to Skill Critical Rate of a particular skill.
This "fix" is terrible, just put the mastery options a bit deeper into the trees so you can't reach them even on 110.
That's ten times more work than making them unstackable or changing passive to 587.5%, so your 'fix' is most probably an auto-deny from Korea.
Changing the passive is a straight up nerf and shouldn't happen. If moving them takes a lot of work then add a similar effect like jewels "if you equip two identical jewels only one effect applies". Otherwise I would love to see another "quick fix", make APs exclusive to each tree so you can't split them.

The problem is this. As yul its perma hard to find party right now. Log on Core and check party matching. Any farm party looking for Support or Feohs. Other classes not existing. This skill mastery on yul would get back archer a bit to a more worth on pve, to not haave problem with getting farm party. Killing this, you backstabing archers to pve and server will be again only feohs place to farm. You really dont see it? Feohs are main problem right now their incredible sirvivality, and overpower Damage connected to their aoe skills making them killing machines that every party wants them. Archer at mass pvp are fine. Not as good as same geared feoch but its playable. Now we will have easier EXP. and with single target almost no aoe skills archer is put back in dark room with other DD classes that are not provide aoe dmg as Feoh. That was only chance to get archer out from this dark room to get a secound life at pve with this aoe spam skill. And they killed it at Core before we get it....
Oh, thats actually very good. Looking forward to see the barrier nerfed so we can see more class diversity in mass pvp other than stacked archers, wizards and rogues. Agreed. If they did we wouldnt be in this mess would we?
typical answer from someone playing mage , but other chars then archer mage and dagger dont even exist in pvp, while archers got nerf after nerf, nukers got boost after boost, thats not good overall also, since this was way to much of the "good" , but as i said i dont suspect u as a mage player to agree on that , why would u give up ur "overpowered" status right?

I've noticed that Korea makes a different class OP every few updates to probably make money on people rerolling to new toons where they have to level them again and get untradable L2Store gear(shirts) on these toons again. First Wynns, Archers, Mages, Daggers, Archers, and Mages again.
play a non feoh dd , and u will see that its even harder, cuz when u take 5 hits and qq about having no mana but can recieve still virgo/shirt to survive, as a normal DD with same gear, u would be death already 3 times
U have no reuse hp pots lel.. ask top server yuls what problem they have with feohs i dont see them replaying here .. seems they are ok xD and if u think u will manage do rebirth in like les then 1second when u lost mana , think twice ^^
u can use ur no re-use hp pots also if u leave ur barrier off, and see how long u survive, u know a nuker has more pdef then a archer with same gear , right? Lets not talk about mdef
