Soooo... about the fails: played for a week or two to check out the game's actual status; sold some of my old stuff low price so i can get a 7 sign talisman.. ofc as ppl saw that some idiot (that would be me) tryes to buy such a thing they kinda doubled the price instantly.. same goes with mage +++ weapons. ok, np.. might be a coincidence.. i have some adena, lets try the games "luck" mechanism... did some overenchanting .. they since stay in ah, no1 buys such stuff. weapons, armor parts +8 ok, lets try make a sapphire 4-5... -7kkk later i still had a lvl3.. gz l2 store, now the store users have my adena, i got nothing normal in exchange. now i am adena-less. nothing sells, failure upon failure. I'm kinda dissapointed. sadly l2 core server is 200% l2store based. thats my only conclusion. and a new player will leave after max 1 week. This time i'll delete all my stuff, so even if i want to return, i wont have anything to return to. Good luck l2 store farmers, it's your time now. as i said in an earlier thread.... a few ppl and their boxes will stay. Enjoy the silence!
Low iq twats. Him leaving means there are also many more to leave besides all those who already left, meaning emptier server which would lead to more people leaving seeing that server is getting emptier by the day. So he is not allowed to try gambling (the only thing that this game provides you) and be frustrated that in all fronts he got pwned by the game and then complain, or what?
Where do you guys take this information from? Comparing to like 6-10 months ago, parties fill easier, aden is fuller, actual new players (even tho retention rate is incredible low). See alot of "old" people returning. You can gamble all you want, QQing about it when you know it can fail to spread negativity is not the best. Or do you tell the casino ***** when you loose your money in roulette? (Besides we were in the same clan and he quitted every 3/4months because of this)
if he gambling and loose everything its his fault. noone force him to do so. so it was a good idea to leave this game, its not for him. thats all.

Point is simple and stays: Unless you spend a lot of money you cant enjoy the game in a proper manner. Nothing to do with him gambling or not. Game not being really beginner friendly is obvious too

It's common knowledge buying is cheaper 90% of the time. How can you be mad at not making sap 5 with 100 boxes when you have 5% chance for 4+4=5 ?!?

It's 7% for the last stage, 5% is for new 'upgraded' jewels which we don't have here yet (and there were no announcements we will have them). Also the average total chance for his undertaking of 100 boxes to lvl5 was 4%, so 96% to fail, soooo... Quoting my favourite comedian: "If you went parachuting, and they told u there's a 96% chance the parachute won't open, you'd be like 'yo F-word that I'm not going'" xD
That's because there are no efficient single-target party spots anymore. The last good one was on Kundas X years ago, and that was a 97 spot. AFAIK last attempt by Koreans to make a top single-target spot was GC Lower and guess what, people managed to train that anyway. IMO they should make a spot with super high M.Def, no snare, no stuns, and perhaps resetting like crazy, maybe even something like half-kill vulnerability.
Yeah I miss the days of specialized XP spots. Like areas with pole vulnerability and high m.def or melee weapon weakness or bow weakness (WTB Plains of Lizardmen 101+ mobs )
And thats because this game started to be balanced the highest geared characters (guess why?). Remember in the past when everyone could, more or less, farm in some spots? In some of the areas if you didnt have a good PT or good gear, you would stay on a safer / less rewarding spot. If you did have the gear and the PT for it, you would go deeper into a tougher / more rewarding spot. Today, well... Everything just gets balanced agaisnt the top DDs damage output with every possible equipment on. No wonder some classes and a lot of players get left behind. Ps: Sayha Seer's would love a spot like that.
