Some questions.

1. Are basic race stats remain the same on dualclass after last patches? If not, how to build Main + Dual Wynn ES to get highest DMG on summoner?
2. What is best ISS for Box DD Pve? (Im planning to make Wynn ES)
3. Where is best pve spot for getting elemental stones?
4. Wynn ES vs Wynn SM - Pve DMG Difference (Beside Stuff talking)

 

I do not have a lot of knowledge on Wynns but lets see.

1) Yes i belive
2) Hierophant
3) I dont thinks thats a thing now, since they can be obtained easily as mentee reward.
4) I would go with SM

Hierophant or DoomCryer - depends if you need a bit better crit dmg or faster cooldown.
Hierophant got PoM that is very strong buff,
DC 101 chant of bison 15% p atk and 5% skill power + warrior+wizzard harmony

Elemental stones as NMateo said are eazy to get, even from quest line 1-85 you getting 30 stones per some quests.
Elemental Crystal can be farm at Seed of Hellfire. And thats all, no more interesting spots as for atri stones/crystals

 

4. SM has better "flat damage" meaning he's better at keeping constant DPS no matter what you do, while horse guy is more bursty. I'd say horse guy

 

If base race stats are always the same so how to be best Stats Wynn? Making Dark Elf Fighter and go for Dual Class Wynn? Is it matter?

 

No, because the dualclass will have mage stats.

 

Well from what i know summoners are based on INT not STR when u use pets, so kamael or D.elf is best option.
