It's just a client update. All the L2Store items like Cloaks and Topaz are available in the client, there is just no way to get them in-game. Koreans probably wanted to change the icon to a new one so it's easier for them to keep consistency between versions. Not to mention that we partially share the client with NA and some of their L2Store promotions are in our client and so on

If they have less incomming from donate it is not because ppl dont have new items to buy, its becase most of donor quit the game cuz was too expensive even for them. Its just insane. Also other part of donor dont donate becase nobody can fight them, so they dont have any reason to donate. Stop with that faking donate op expensive store items, let ppl take a breath!!! Aaa what else, most of the Core community (maybe 80%) is from poor east europe and same poor south america, but the prices we have for Germany, are you serioues? I dont know even one active player from that country. If they play L2, they play on NCWest and dont see reason to play dead Core where pvp dont even exsists.
well. compared to RU it's fine to get 2-3x priced items. because EU have 2-3x better salary.. for example there is 3 players in server, 1 live in germany where avg salary is 3k, 1 from lithuania and 1 from bg where avg salary is 500, so 3000 + 500 + 500 / 3 = 1.3k so it's almost 3x higher than RU. so put prices 3x higher than in RU servers.. easy maths.
