hmm i'm not healer but i hear every time discuss about dye, and i think int wit and con can be three ways good for healer. int for up crit. heal power and heal power wit for up casting speed, crit. heal rate con for up your resistance (i think not important if your cp count 2 healers) i think that depend your type of playing. but maybe a true healer can correct me if i do an error.
since you are a light elf (i think you are soamakos xd) i would put +10 wit and +5 int (if you want to do some olys is necessary and light elves have enough wit base). about con, well it isn't bad to put some con but since now the stats have been doubled +5 con isn't that much boost for hp,cp and block rate in a mystic... you can check this post too http://www.google.es/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0cfcqfjaa&url=http%3a%2f%2fboards.lineage2.com%2fshowthread.php%3ft%3d232331&ei=abj-t9wkmsrahae0kzhybg&usg=afqjcnedaxecz-deyave7-gnc3uo8urlzw&sig2=rvzhz5zaz9s9ojo1kllnyg in ncwest forums (now they are in maintenance so try to read it later).
no dear, why to add men? your mp pool is enough + u have rebirth and the m.def boost isnt so great. i aggree old school int wit and con will do the job.
men would be only useful for the mental resistance but now debuffs aren't that important (brilliant purge-which gives immunity, radiant purge, angel's touch, tree cleanse...xd) and since the last update the robe mastery gives m.def. bonus so you have a lot of m.def. already. anyway, i still have my doubts on con dye...
those 2 moderators are nabs:d i dont listen to them:d:d hmm i got u point...still i cant see the link u gave me,ill try later again^^
yes i know u never listen to us lol (kidding), try this link: dyes. bottom of page has basic attribute stats.
+10 int/+5 wit best choice imho. in pve i use +4 talum*dle-enough mp/hp boost. in pvp-hvy set def type that gives con boost + nice pdef and buster+acu. all i need is lil more cast+more matt/heal power.
i wouldnt suggest duals s more over 90+. duals give 7k more damage , but to be honest that doesn't mean squat, since healers need to out heal the damage they take, not just be able to take more. if you take more damage over time that you can heal yourself for, you will die whether you have 20k hp/cp or 200k hp/cp. you also lose like 400 hp/cp on each heal with duals and miss out on shield block bonuses. light elf healers cast so fast anyway that they can get away without that extra cp/hp.
i guess u didnt readed in pvp i use hvy set + buster with acumen i`ve tested hvy+duals it sux hard. once i get acumen on my retributer i`ll start using it, heal is good and i can make some dmg between the heals :d
i was talking about duals my personal opinion generally on healers: for a start it's useless to compare your stats to someone elses unless you're sure you have exactly the same gear, buffs and passives. theres stuff like shirts, sigill, subclass skills, clan skills and turtle/clan buffs that all come into play. personally i find robe +knights a stupid combination if you are able to use heavy + wiz. wiz means you heal 20% faster due to re-use, crit heal a lot more, use less mp and have more m.def, so what you lose 15% cast from robe passive bonus, you get 8% back with wiz and all the extra bonuses so you're 2x more efficient. as said with duals also you're missing out on the shield p.def boosts from knights too, although you can get these with wiz + ee shield block combi buff. if you want uber p.def you can even use knights + heavy. also as said duals give 7k more damage you can take, but to be honest that doesn't mean squat since healers need to out heal the damage they take, not just be able to take more. if you take more damage over time than you can heal yourself for you'll die whether you have 20k hp/cp or 200k hp/cp. you also lose like 400 hp/cp on each heal with duals and miss out on shield block bonuses. light elf healers cast so fast anyway that they can get away with heavy. to the cast speed. i find it stupid that people are so obsessed with it, as long as you keep people alive and heal at a decent speed you need to sacrifice some for some defense. it seems 100 cast speed = about 0.1s cast time off group heal/recharge/tree, the slowest casting skills. panic heal, balance heal, rez, noble, prog heal etc all cast so fast anyway that theres virtually no difference from 1400 cast upwards. between heavy and robes you lose 200 cast which is 0.2s difference on a couple of skills that i don't use in panic times anyway. in short healer is prime target in pvp so you need defense, a healer needs to tank and a dead healer can't heal. people tend not to bother checking stuff and are still stuck in the old routine of visible traits cast speed and physical stats so ignore stuff like mcrit and re-use, which saves lives. robes + duals is same cast as hvy + acu wpn but ur gimping heals and defense for more cp that you heal back anyway. fact is the extra 7k hp/cp is **** compared to heal re-use and mcrit boost, you might take a couple more hits but you heal yourself anyway so a couple more mcrit heals and faster re-use will counter balance the benefit of the extra hp and you'll be a much, much better healer for your party. at the end of the day if you like duals keep em. i have duals, robes and heavy, use robes for oly and duals for the augment and occasionally if i need more mp/hp in pve. in heavy i use wiz and always have to option to take knights on top of it and laugh as dds do next to no damage to me. pvp seraph heavy pve +6 immo heavy/seraph (depending on situation). oly vs nukers 120 vorpal robes {pvp} oly vs healers 120 vorpal robes until you can afford seraph with elements. this way in 2 healer parties you will die a lot less than the other healer and always have more mp than the other healer.
duals are terrible. need robe+heavy set rdy both full elemented use wizard vs nuker grp, wizard vs 1 archer (heavy armor), heavy+knight vs 2archer+. shield mandatory enough said!
are you ferine? or copy/paste too much? i have read the same in rochand and afaik ferine plays in ncwest .
used to be. @yas by old school i meant that many ppl use this combination on mage classes (i used it on sps) so now that is possible on healers too we still use that
