How to equip for a new player

I've said it before, i don't consider this a game, it's an unregulated casino imo. An enterprise which introduces l2store button, upgrades their macro system by every update, just to make it more afkable doesn't deserve new,fresh,cherry unpopped people here.

I can tell you that playing actively around 4h in Fafurion was equal to 1.5-2b with 2 accounts, but you don't care as there is only your truth to the game. You might tell me "gracia" was better and I can tell you that c4/c5/Interlude was hard as *** and impossible to gear up fast and most likely not with the toon you want to play and there were more people playing back then than in Gracia.

 

well, in short what was better then and what is bad now: gap between players gear and chances to reduce that gap. now there is way too much gear what you must get in order to be "competitive" at least for something. or you will try to deny this fact? as for adena.. when i started play in teon, adena price was ~10m 5-7$, now 1b 5-7$. do the math how adena lost their value. and once again that 1.5-2b where you get this and with what gear. as i said earlier, for new players it's literally impossible to get adena and get better gear. Try to do verb's experiment and with 1 account and 2-3 hours/day on it try to get lets say +8 pve set and +12 weapon. how long it will take?

 

if u play 2-3h a day u never going to get +12 veapon. Most of the places won't cover the ssr cost.

 

that's the main problem what is ignored by ncsoft. all content is made for old players, which is understandable, but in other hand new players quit after 1-2 weeks when they stuck in 99+ lvl with paulina set and can't do even k95. but once again, if they increase adena amount for lower level players those spots will be perma taken by macrobobs. so fight with bots ends in ignoring new players.

 

Btw l2 was never for players who play only 2/3h by days.. There are many other casual game for that.
Actually if you choose to come on l2, yoy should have time, if not, change game.

I don't think we have seen any serious "fix" you suggested, all your posts are about l2 dead, cant make money, l2store bad.

 

well, i'm not only one who complain about those things. but what ncsoft doing? they add some p2w items in l2store and everyone forget about problems and spam that l2store button like there is no tomorrow.

 

And how does that effect your new or average player? If not for l2store most items would be at least 3-6x times more expensive than they are now.

If there was no l2store you would still complain that someone who plays 12-16h/daily is stronger than you and you can't catch up with them.

 

if there would be no p2w stuff in l2store, and only cosmetic and some exp boosters server would be more alive. now if you can't spend like 100-200€/month for l2store and 50+€/month for PA accounts than don't even try to start play here. or again it's nonsense and you can get basic gear as f2p player? and if yes in how long? 3 4 years?

 

Already told you plenty of times, but its always "not the right method" or "not how its suppose to be" or "you can play only 2 hours" ********. People who want to make money and want to learn the game, they can and with far less of your numbers. And if people cant make 20b for pve weap or 25b for pve set, without l2 store they definitely would have no chance to make 100b for the same weap without l2store.

 

so you agree that this game now from f2p turned in to p2w. and if you can't take a loan to buy some pixels don't even bother start to play?

 

Cmon .. we all know l2 is p2w now. accept it, deal with ot, or just change. no more choice.

Well imo you have to get at least PA in order to have better chances to get some drops and more xp. Changing subject, imagine if you have 6 more friends that you trust and make a party that you play 4h/day. And you cooperate to equip every1 how long will it take to get some basic gear? I hope you dont think you could get good gear if it wasn't p2w ALONE. The get was never ment to be played alone in order to progress you need ppl that will help eachother.
