Launcher not installing

Hey everyone,

I am trying to download the 4game launcher, but all it says is "4game is being installed". No matter how much I wait, it is stuck in this stage and it is not making any progress.
I turned off antivirus and firewall also, but it did not help.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

Archive %temp%/4game2.0 folder and attach it.
