l2 essence is based on pvp/pve and drops, u can farm normal and take drops from rb or mobs, p2w have in all servers, donations no is crazy on l2store, u can play without donate same, so need more time for take another items, big sides dominating, play solo or party style, l2essence is pretty good, now ppl much cry before start server...
Where do you see +16 B or atleast +16 C weapon? Do you know what chance to drop it from the box? I can bet you wont see any of that in 1st 3-4 weeks of the game and even when you will, it wont be from the box

No. Shop is almost same as in Ru July's patch. On start of Ru servers was different patch with different reality and economics. And shop was different, thats why they made this one. As i said, with B grade armor & weapons in it. its low.
