on lvl 40 you will get a box with 1 random spellbook for your race (not class). yes. But you will get some kind of stuff from quests after 40. You will get useless belt and pendant, and C weapon +0 (your NG +16 has better stats) yeah, it is. Koreans even have mobile app where you can manage your character on farm, something like Team Viewer right, no quests

Yes, I did not received because my char is Kamael. Leveled up some other race chars, and another "farmbot kamael". Kamaels does not receive this chest. Only other races receive.
