    The event starts today and the instruction will be posted tomorrow? o_O
    At least write two lines with the conditions to participate in the lottery
    on skelth the minimum level limit for participating has been raised to 61
    Who can participate in the lottery?

    If it is 61 on essence too it's pointless to do the event in here
    do it on l2 ru.
