First of all there's no need to be arsh or so rude. You can say the same thing politely. Second of all this was only the first day of the lottery. Maybe tomorrow you will win the +8 b grade weapon pack and on the ru forums all the ru kids will come after you. Third of all the balthus event has never been around the epics but around the sibi coins. Check better what you can buy with the coins then click the l2 store button and guess what. Then go in a farming zone and look on the ground. You can say it's a good event poorly executed because the server is free to play and whoever can make 100 brand new accounts at 18.00 p.m. just for the epics. They should have put a lvl limit to partecipate to the lottery as on skelth eg. lvl 55 so no one can make 100 free accounts with toons lvl 40 on it. At lvl 40 you get the buffs.
"Again"? It's the first event they do. And it's a usual lottery...actually, it quite amazes me that you don't see who wins the reward. But anyway, lots of players are cheating using "forbidden" ways to log more than one box, but since it looks impossible to find them, they will just abuse it...and ofc, in this kinda of event they'll have more chances to win, sadly. Not like a lv 1 QA will break the server or a +8 weapon will, those items are pretty low and sooner or later both will be made IG by players. I already saw quite some C +12 or B +8, a friend of mine got a damascus to +10, just saying. So i'm not bothered by this. Actually, it's a good XP boost by 30% for 1h per item and some more items to boost exp, better for the players who want to lv up fast like me

Can you please click on the L2store button in game and check the content of the special grow pack please? You will find an item you can get for free in game and if you go in a farming zone of your choice after setting up a macro with auto-pick up, and you go to get some real life that the ru kids seem to don't know what the heck it should be, you will find yourself with something between 15 and 50 millions adena in the pocket by the end of the event. An epic it's from 100.000.000 to 250.000.000 a Now please can you log in on skelth and see the average value of a lvl 3 dragon pendant? It ranges from 500.000.000 to 750.000.000 a And you QQing for a bunch of lvl 1 epics. Meh Also i want to point two other things 1st it's not akward but to be hospitalized asap the fact that UE adults are buying 40 packs of L800 lcoins for 2.5kk each and they refuse to buy packs of L8000 lcoins for 17kk. What did they teach to you at school? 2nd It's amazing that grown as s UE adults are going after a bunch of ru kids in the rush for the lvls and worst of it they accept, at lvl 70, a war vs toons all already 76+ full stacked with full tattos. Only stupid thing about this is that you can trade epics, as you correctly noted they mostly will be sold for real money , that makes rmt clans q reason to be and kill game for normal players

The only real OP item of this event it's the pendant lvl 3 +30% exp several bonuses as far as you enchant it to +1/2/3/4/5 even if you fail it reverts to a lvl 3 + 0 so it's forever compared to a dragon pendant lvl 3 +3 the aden talisman +7 it's just cra p Ofc as i predicted the first event [broch jewels] it doesn't take that much to predict the next p2w event aka dragon pendants, the most lucrative event for innova
About this, actually, i'd ban the RU from every game. Racist? A bit. Simple reason tho : they are a cancer for every game. We all know that RU are mostly playing this game for RMT purpose, i mean, it's actually a fact. Why? Who knows, maybe they are poor or maybe they have no job, but the fact remains : 3/4 of the RU community cheat and abuse programs/RMT. This is even worst when you log in into L2 and realize a funny thing : who ruined Skelth? RUs. And who runs PKs in Blue (no idea about Red) server to bother and discourage players to play? RUs. We got this guys, Antharas and K who just play to PK players. They play the same way : bsoe/port away to all active players and PK all the AFKs. Also, if that's not enough, in his streams K actually ban or silence any player who bothers him and actually forces players to pay him to stop the PK spree. In his case, he shouts that he wants 800L coins to stop PKing you for 30 days. IMHO, if i was an admin of the server or of the twitch platform, i'd shut him down. It's not just because you're bothering others prolly because irl you were bullied at school and had to quit it, reason why you have 0 english knowledge and need to google translate every word, but because you're actually doing bullism and mobbing. And i mean, i'm not a victim, he always bsoe and port away as soon as he see me 'cause he knows he stands no chance, but he just forces people (underlevelled, and we all know that even 4 levels can make a huge difference, just imagine a lv 70 PKing lv 60s-) to pay him to stop this ****. And he do this for hours and hours per day, even for more than 8 hours per day. And, again, we're talking about a RU kid here. Or girl, idk, the voice actually reminds me of an old lady so, who knows. PS. i just realized an even funnier thing : even in the NA classic, Giran server, there was a guy who wasted hours PKing all the players around the server with a PK toon...i bet you already know where he was from. It really wont be a bad idea to lock RUs away.
I'm not a racist for sure. First things first. I've played this game for 14 years on ncwest before Draecke, Chronos server ncwest, told to us that there were innova running L2 eu servers I was in a clan with only ru ppl Are they fine? Ofc Do they use every possible cheat to achieve ingame items so they can sell those items for real money, aka rmt? Ofc Why they do that? Because in russia if you are a streamer even if every russian donates to you 1 ru you can live like a rockstar. Now about the ru pkers. Why do they bully only the lowbies, aka at least 10 lvls below? I don't know NA ppl bully everyone because they are enraged with all the world altogheter even if he/she if 50 lvls above Ru ppl, instead, pk only lowbies. Innova has to understand that if a paying gamer get bullied that paying gamer will quit and won't pay anymore, whatsoever. What can innova do? To create an harassment section like ncwest did Eg. someone pks you more than 3 times x day forcing you to spend in game currency [adena] or real currency [euro] to resurrect without loosing xp/sp? If the pker is a paying customer too he gets a ban that lasts 7 days If the pker isn't a paying customer he gets a permanent ban. When the server will be fully operative, aka with oly and siege, then the rule can be removed. All in all if innova doesn't take care of its customers it's hurting its own revenue. About the ru cheats just an example. Yesterday i was running one of my 3 kamael archers alts and I was pked by a silver ranger lvl 50 that did more than 3500 dmg to me The funny thing is: my kamael archer it's lvl 61 so there is no way in the world a lvl 50 can do so much dmg his dmg totally ignored my cp pool and he was using a +16 no grade weapon but the dmg was like made with topaz So now tell me how this is possible.
Actually, i will just perma-ban them. Not the PKs, the RUs. They are just a plague. No idea about the PK but, Topaz is not landing 3500 dmgs on HPs, at level 5 it's around 1600 hps...and if you say he went right to ur HPs, then that could have been a Backstab. Now, are you sure the guy was 1) a Silver ranger and 2) lv 50? cause 3500 dmg can be a 2x critical from a dagger, would make totally sense, hitting you (if you have NG bow and D grade armor, the usual setup for kamael farmers) for that dmg.
My point was similar to xHaseo, it's not about me getting epics but about mentality of game community, as mentioned above many ru players as they say don't even like the game- only reason they play here is RMT, there is one dude who constantly goes and kills every player he can find and then spams in global *send me l800 pack and no ok for 30 days*. Is that a good game mechanic? Only reason he can do this effective is that he plays game all day and this is just a source of income and while most of players come to this project for one reason and one reason only - ability to afk while at work + you don't need any supports logged in, he the killer has all advantage he needs. If you could not sell epics, like in wow, if you could not sell l coins then there would be way less people who treat this game like a job and community would be way more healthy. It's not that people are bad, it's just game has made that way that anyone with brains and time to play can make real money here and they have both.
